We offer Regular house cleaning services that include, but not limited to, weekly, fortnightly and monthly - sometimes bi-monthly.
We also do one-off services that can range from cleaning ovens, fridge freezers, blinds, windows, and even full house cleans from Reset (or Deep cleans), bond or pre-sale cleaning and builders cleaning

An initial deep clean is required for all new homes joining our regular cleaning schedule, allowing us to bring the property up to a consistently high standard from the beginning.
Unlike a standard maintenance clean, a deep clean targets built-up dust, grime, grease, and hidden bacteria in often-overlooked areas throughout the home.
This creates a healthier, fresher living environment and helps maintain better long-term results with ongoing regular cleans, leaving your home feeling refreshed, comfortable, and cared for from day one.
Initial cleans can take anywhere from 5 to 7 hours (min team of 2) depending on the condition of the home. Please get in touch for more information

Not at all. Many of our clients provide secure access instructions so we can clean while they are at work or out for the day. Your privacy and security are always treated with the utmost care and professionalism.

Our pricing is varied for each task and home.
We have an hourly and set rate model based on the experience of our cleaners and ourselves. The cost break down covers labour of our team, tax deductions, usage of our products and equipment and their maintenance, running costs from invoicing to our clever schedule system that keeps all client info and helps us track our staff, so we have consistent reliability and communication, and most importantly our 1 million insurance coverage

Yes! We are fully insured for your peace of mind, with Public Liability coverage of up to $1 million. We take great care in every home and always aim to provide a safe, reliable, and professional service.

Yes we do!
Gold Card holders are offered 15% off their cleans with us.
To redeem the discount. Just send us a photo of your Gold Card upon signing up with us, and we’ll make sure the invoice is reflected accordingly

We understand that plans change and life happens. To keep schedules smooth for you and to support our team, who rely on consistent hours, please give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel, skip or reschedule.
Cancellation fees:
● 48 hours or more: no fee
● Less than 48 hours: 25% of the scheduled service
● Same day: 50% of the scheduled service

Our pricing model is in tune where we do not require in-person quoting.
However, for peace of mind, we are happy to meet with you in person or talk on the phone to go over any requirements.
We understand the stress of having a stranger come into your space, so we want to make sure the process is as seamless for everyone.

All our staff are police vetted during the interview process. We have a very thorough onboarding system that helps us find the right people who fit our company culture and uphold our values

No, we do not offer this type of service as we simply don’t have the resources for these types of specialty cleans.
